Rooted in prayer and the Bible
Community Bible Study UK’s first class took place in 1979 and we’ve been growing ever since! Today we have about one hundred groups meeting in England, Scotland and Wales and over twelve in Ireland, which are made up of over 1,200 participants.
Our story began in 1975, when the first Community Bible Study class took place in the United States and was attended by over five hundred people. What an amazing answer to prayer! Since then, the ministry has continued to grow internationally and is now active in over one hundred and twenty countries with just under one million members globally. We are delighted to offer studies in over 75 heart languages.
We thank God for the blessing that Community Bible Study has been to us in the UK, giving us a wonderful tool with which to share God’s transforming love for humanity with our friends and neighbours. As we continue to grow, we would like to offer this to many more people in our diverse communities in the UK.
