The Birth of Christianity

Our God is a relational God. He wants us to know Him personally. From the beginning of time, He chose to show us who He is through His relationships. In the Old Testament, He interacted with people like Abraham and Moses, and with the nation of Israel. He spoke to and through the prophets. In the Gospels, He related to people through His Son, Jesus, who physically walked among them. And after the Son returned to heaven, the Father sent the Holy Spirit to keep God’s relationship with His children growing and deepening.
The book of Acts opens our eyes to what a relationship with the Holy Spirit looks like. It reveals the astounding possibilities of a life empowered by Him.
