The Gospel of Mark

We will be studying Mark’s Gospel. Mark is written in a vivid, direct style.
It is a fast-paced, action-oriented narrative of Jesus’ life.
Studying the Bible helps us better understand God’s word and enables us to live better lives.

Session Plan
1. Welcome and introduction
2. Opening prayer
3. Read through relevant chapter.
4. Use a study guide provided by CBS (Community Bible Study) working through as many or as few questions as we feel appropriate.
5. Closing prayer

This is not an academic study. We will use the CBS questions to guide our work but I always find when reading the Bible it is important to read through a section first and see which words or phrases resonate with you!
